Excuse my ignorance, but what purpose do these transparencies serve? I suspect it is art for advertising. Do you know any particulars. I’m guessing the backgrounds are the primary locations/planets in the movie (and those are great images of the characters, highlighting their costumes and props. And Alden Ehernreich really does bear a good resemblance here to an early-mid 20s Harrison Ford.
I think the main reason for sharing these in the transparent format is primary to act as a resource for other Star Wars fans, who generally use them to create fan art/posters, without the need for them to cut them out themselves.
I agree also, I think Alden Ehernreich will surprise us all
Thanks BTW for all the reblogs and tweets, it’s greatly approeciated JaiPD
Agreed on Mr. Ehrenreich (together with Ralph Fiennes, he’s great in “Hail Caesar”; and despite the rumor mongering, it’s fairly common for actor’s coaches and teachers to work with the cast on big pictures.) Ad thank you for accessing and posting such interesting stuff.
Reblogged this on The Damnedest Thing You Ever Saw.
