Disney has released some awesome new Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Concept Art showcasing the main eatery, Docking Bay 7 and the Milk Stand that previously had no concept art for at all, also there’s a cracking shot of the Creature Stall.
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge – Docking Bay 7

Disneys Info:
This will be the main quick service within the land and is described as a multi-purpose transport shuttle docked atop a large hangar for traveling food shuttles. That’s where Chef Strono “Cookie” Tuggs has converted his modified Sienar-Chall Utilipede-Transport into a popular mobile kitchen and restaurant. His travels across the galaxy allow him to fill his pantry with exotic ingredients, and he’s proud to present Tuggs’ Grub, a “traveling diner for diners traveling,” inspired by dishes he created during his time working for Maz Kanata on Takodana.
At this restaurant housed in a working hangar bay, choose from a variety of dishes prepared with ingredients from across the galaxy—all of it delicious, but none of it familiar. Chef Strono “Cookie” Tuggs has docked a food freighter loaded with fresh supplies and he’s ready to satisfy the appetites of visitors and locals alike with an array of exotic offerings. His planet-hopping travels allow him to prepare fare with unusual flavors that delight customers.
Once you’ve got your grub, sit inside the spacious hanger, or grab a table in the rustic outdoor seating area surrounded by the crumbling walls of the old marketplace.
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge – Creature Stall

Disney describes Creature Stall as this:
At this exotic shop, you’re free to explore as you peek into cages and crates filled with hard-to-find species from across the galaxy. Bina, the stall’s proprietor, scours star systems to keep this storefront stocked with unique companions for her customers.
Marvel at a large collection of cackling Kowakian monkey-lizards, the rambunctious pets popular with shadowy underworld figures—including Hutts. Most of the creatures here are available for purchase—restrictions may apply to rathtars.
If you look closer you’ll recognise some familiar creatures, even the Worrt from Return of the Jedi.

Even behind the Worrt you might recognise a creature from one of Ralph McQuarrie’s early concept art for Dagobah… the Krykna Spider.

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge – Milk Stand

The new Milk Stand concept art shows the vendors at this quirky stall offering travellers an invigorating, refreshing drink that’s a favourite among the locals on Tatooine or Ahch-To
Luke Skywalker can be seen enjoying blue milk in Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope, and green milk in Star Wars: Episode VIII – The Last Jedi.
Thirsty visitors can now try both these exotic galactic delicacies for themselves—as they live their own Star Wars adventures.
