Autumn in my Garden with The Japanese Mapel

We all have a favourite plant in our gardens, mine is a Japanese Mapel (Acer palmatumcer). It was given to me by my Dad, who always looks quite enviously at it when calls to visit.

Another favourite is a welcome visitor which has migrated from the neighbours garden, a Chinese Lantern (Physalis alkekengi)
