What a great theme this weeks WordPress Weekly Photo Challenge is, I was originally going to show a variety of pics including some of my lovely Wife and my gorgeous Girls that make me so happy, but I decided to submit an individual subject…MY DOG …this is not to say I love the dog more than my wife or girls 🙂

Mine is ‘A Fathers Gift to his Son’

This is my first contribution to the WordPress Weekly Photo Challenge and is my most treasured plant in the Milner Garden, a Japanese Mapel (Acer palmatumcer) given to me by my father, I hope you like it..I do:)

Harvest Moon

The Harvest Moon, arguably the most famous Full Moon of the year, arrived on Saturday the 29th of September this year over Leeds, this full moon is the closest to the autumnal equinox (Sept 22nd) for us in the Northern Hemisphere, and for me signals the true onset of winter, a time of year I really enjoy.The Harvest Moon over the UK 29th September 2012
